This short video course is ideal for individual study for those who want to understand the dynamics of conflict as well as gain lifelong tools for resolving conflict in a biblically faithful manner.
About this Course
Resolving Everyday Conflict is an eight-lesson study that unpacks what the Bible has to say about the nature of conflict with steps to reconcile relationships. As you go through this study, you’ll find powerful and practical answers about how to manage small and large disputes with the goal of enjoying healthier relationships.
Each lesson includes a video and a study guide and continues with optional forum discussions and assignments throughout the study.
For Enriched Study: Sign-up with a friend or study group or entire church to add an extra dimension to your discussion about biblical peacemaking according to Matthew 5:9. Each of you can go through a course lesson on your own but arrange to have further discussion and share practical life examples.
Small groups and Life groups: You'll find that relational discussions provide an opportunity for fellowship that enriches the course with supportive solutions and prayer. Reach out and invite your friends to join you!
Your Instructor
P. Brian Noble is an everyday guy who loves Jesus and cares deeply about people’s relationships. He has been married to his best friend, Tanya, for about 25 years; they have four children, a daughter-in-law, and one grandchild. They currently reside in eastern Washington. Brian has a Master of Arts in missional leadership from Northwest University. He is the Executive Director/CEO of Peacemaker Ministries and has been an ordained minister for over 25 years. Brian proclaims hope through the gospel message as the Holy Spirit empowers believers in their daily life. He believes in the power of the Word of God to transform lives. He is the author of three published books, The Path of a Peacemaker, Daily Wisdom for Peacemaking, and Living Reconciled, and several other resources that aid with navigating conflict biblically. In 2008 he became a Certified Christian Conciliator, with 1000+ hours of conflict coaching and mediation experience. Brian is now a Peacemaker Fellow which is the highest achievement in the Peacemaking Community. His caseload has been diverse, including marital cases, family business disagreements, public school conflict, and county government disputes. He has spoken to inmates in local jails, to HR reps at regional conferences, to denominational gatherings, and to churches in Uganda.Brian loves to teach biblical peacemaking and watch the “lights” come on for participants.
